CBS STILL DONKEYS
Bob Silva, still hiding behind the CBS alias “Bib Bib,” topped NFL Week 6 with 10 wins. Chris Duncolmb Sr. and Matt Demers followed with eight. Bob also moves to the top of the season standings with 53 wins. Apparently the alias works. The rest of the barn might want to consider witness protection.
Then there’s Gary Sacco: FIRST TO WORST. From 13 wins and Donkey of the Week to three wins and Ass of the Week in seven days. Donkey to Ass—the fastest promotion in reverse this organization has ever seen. Last week he had a crystal ball. This week it appears he used it as a bowling ball. The feed bag has officially been recalled.
CFG COLLEGE PICKS
CFG cashed Ohio State −3.5, Florida–Texas under 51.5 and Tennessee to win. Three winners, three reasons to keep listening, and approximately 300 reasons he’ll explain why the next slate is the one.
ATR UPSET OF THE WEEK
Oklahoma State +4.5 cashed in the 35–32 game against Houston. The upset itself didn’t land, but the points did. Sometimes the back door is the nicest entrance in the building.
NFL EXPERT PICKS
THE VIG delivered four ATS winners, seven moneyline winners and five totals winners. The 100% expert board added seven winners. San Francisco closed Monday with a 23–17 victory over Washington, cashing the moneyline and giving everyone one final opportunity to announce that they “knew it all along.”
PARLAYS AND TEASES
No winning tickets to celebrate across the NCAA and NFL parlays and teases this week. The sportsbook has declined our invitation to return the favor. We’ll reload the four tickets and resume the weekly argument over whose leg is the problem.
RINGS OF HONOR
ATR leads the Parlay Rings of Honor race at 4–2, followed by CFG at 3–2, PJS at 2–4 and MPA at 1–5.
The updated CBS Road to the Ring has ATR on 45 wins, PJS on 43, MPA on 39 and CFG on 37. Same four guys, another week of pretending this is a friendly competition.
CBS STILL DONKEYS
Gary Sacco steamrolled Week 5 with 13 wins while the rest of the barn tried to remember which end of the football goes forward. Bob Disalvatore, Greg Corbin, Chris Duncolmb Sr. and Mike Ryan each posted nine wins. Sacco now leads the season with 46; Bob Silva and Samantha Sapperstein share second with 43, and Denise Thomas is right behind with 41. Somebody check Gary’s feed bag for a crystal ball.
CFG AND ATR
CFG cashed Nebraska +7.5 and Georgia to win. ATR’s upset alarm was right on the money: North Carolina beat Pittsburgh 21–17, cashing both the moneyline and the +3.5 best bet. ATR’s upset record is now 3–3.
NFL EXPERT PICKS
THE VIG delivered seven ATS winners, seven moneyline winners and three totals winners. The 100% expert board produced nine winners. Buffalo’s 37–34 overtime win over the Rams closed out the Week 5 slate.
PARLAYS AND TEASES
College paid the bills this week. The NCAA parlay swept all four legs and returned $303, giving us $278 profit after the $25 stake. The NCAA seven-point tease swept all four legs too, returning $82 for $57 profit. Combined NCAA ticket profit: $335.
RINGS OF HONOR
CBS Road to the Ring: ATR leads with 38 wins, PJS has 36, MPA has 34 and CFG has 32.
Parlay Rings of Honor: ATR leads at 4–1, followed by CFG at 2–2, PJS at 2–3 and MPA at 1–4.

THE VIG WEEKLY RECAP
College Week 5 / NFL Week 4
CBS STILL DONKEYS
Bob Silva, operating under the CBS alias “Bib Bib,” took the top spot with 12 wins. Apparently the secret to beating this group is picking good teams and entering witness protection. Samantha Sapperstein and Denise Thomas followed with 10 apiece, while Aaron Richardson posted nine. Jim Wilson, Mike Ahern and Lisa Disalvatore finished with eight—the respectable neighborhood where nobody gets a trophy, but everyone has an explanation.
At the other end, Michael Ryan managed three wins. Three. You could accidentally click the wrong team a few times and threaten that total. Bob Disalvatore and Matthew Demers posted five, giving Michael just enough company to avoid calling this a solo expedition into football darkness.
CFG & ATR
CFG remains on hiatus. Given this week’s results, sitting quietly and risking nothing may have been the sharpest play on the board.
ATR brought the new upset whiteboard to Starkville. Alabama brought a demolition crew. The Tide’s 56–23 win moved ATR’s upset record to 2–3. The graphic is officially locked; Mississippi State’s defense apparently never was.
NFL EXPERT PICKS
The experts finished 6–9–1 ATS, 9–7 on moneylines and 3–4–1 on totals. The 100% agreement picks went 9–8, proving that unanimous confidence can still produce a weekend of aggressively average results.
Season records stand at 27–31–1 ATS, 39–25 on moneylines, 24–19–1 on totals and 40–30 for the 100% picks. Moneylines continue to do the heavy lifting while the spread picks stand nearby offering advice.
PARLAYS & SEVEN-POINT TEASES
ATR delivered Louisiana Tech on the college card and Chicago on the NFL card. PJS’s New Orleans–Atlanta over cleared both the original and teased totals, while West Virginia pushed at +3 and covered at +10.
Unfortunately, parlays don’t award partial credit for enthusiasm. All four $25 tickets finished without a payout. Another $100 spent reinforcing our close personal relationship with “next week.”
The NCAA parlay stands at 0–5 with a season net of -$125.00; the NCAA tease is 1–4 at -$67.50. Both NFL tickets are 1–3, with the parlay still ahead +$357.50 for the season and the tease at -$30.00. That earlier parlay winner is carrying this operation like the only guy who brought a truck on moving day.
RINGS OF HONOR
ATR leads the parlay race at 3–1, followed by CFG at 2–1, PJS at 2–2 and MPA at 1–3. ATR has earned the bragging rights. We expect him to exercise them with absolutely no restraint.
The separate CBS Road to the Ring standings are pending reconciliation with the submitted Week 4 results.
