Team Money Makers began in 2020, with friends running a group chat over Zoom because of the “Pandemic.” They discussed football picks, sprinkled with relentless trash talk that makes every Sunday matter. THE VIG is where that tradition lives now—every pick, every upset and every championship season preserved for the crew.

JTW
The originator of all this frivolity, JTW was the original window through which every bet passed. Long before gambling was legalized in Massachusetts, he went through “his guy” or the original 5Dimes website. He preferred paper and pen to computers and occasionally made the wrong bet when he forgot his reading glasses. Founder of the pick’em pool that began as the Maxim Pool and became the CBS Donkeys, he is never forgotten, forever missed and will always be The Commish.

MPA
Founder and editor of THE VIG, MPA loves everything gambling, especially when a parlay is involved. He founded Team Money Makers during the “Pandemic” in 2020 and remains a devoted disciple of JTW’s betting strategies. Regardless of the result, his motto never changes: “That’s why we call it gambling and not winning!!!!”
COLLEGE FOOTBALL AUTHORITY
CFG
Every football site needs a college football guy, and CFG is absolutely that guy for TMM. His passion for the game and knowledge of its history are something to behold. He continues teaching MPA the business of college football, even as NIL makes it murkier. The only thing rivaling CFG’s CFB knowledge is his old time hockey knowledge…and the fact that he owns a Wayne Gretzky rookie card.
TRUE NORTH • WEEKLY MOTIVATION
PJS
Every group needs a true north, and that’s PJS. No matter the bad beat or awful week, he remains the conscience of the group, reminding everyone that there is always next week and another bet to make. The fact that he is in charge of Weekly Motivation is no coincidence.
2026 ROOKIE • UPSET SPECIALIST
ATR
The newest member and 2026 Rookie, ATR is every bit as passionate as the rest of TMM. His enthusiasm is contagious, and he brings his own style to THE VIG through Upset of the Week. The only knock? ATR quits gambling about every two weeks, then returns shortly thereafter as if it never happened.
